Designed to get you to your own Big Arms, Big Life® goals, I offer both In-Person and Virtual Coaching (which is basically online personal training), both pinky promising never to waste your precious time or the money in your wallet.
It’s about making the very most of your workout, so every single second (and cent) moves you closer to creating a body, body image, and life you’re wildly in love with – all in the way that’s right for you and your life.
Virtual Coaching
Flaunting the exact same support you’d have as in-person client (depending on the level of support you choose, of course), I’ll push you to your limit, no matter how many miles lie between us.
With Virtual Coaching, you will receive all the great benefits of in-person training with me, including personal attention at a great value. You’ve got three levels of support to choose from, and here’s what you get:
Gym Buddies
For the person who is ready for a customized workout plan, specifically tailored to their fitness goals, with minimal coaching support.
- An initial phone or Skype consultation to discuss your goals, schedule, and how we can work together
- A customized and completely personalized workout program (no cookie-cutter templates here!). Your program will be delivered via Trainerize software with available app.
- 1x/week check-in via email
Let’s Be Friends
For the person who is ready for a customized workout plan, specifically tailored to their fitness goals, with more personal coaching support and accountability, as well as some limited guidance outside of fitness.
- All of the above +
- 3x/week email exchange on any topic*
- 1x/month 1-hour coaching call on any topic*
I’m Your Gal
For the person who is ready for a customized workout plan, specifically tailored to their fitness goals, with more personal coaching support and accountability, and a deeper dive and guidance in topics outside of fitness.

- Unlimited email communication with me
- 2x/month 1-hour coaching call on any topic*
*Examples of “any topic” include, but are not limited to: workouts, mindset, career, relationships, stress, sleep

In-Person Training

This is the guidance you need to develop the body (and the body confidence) you’ve always lusted after…and then keep it for good. With a personal trainer who’s personally invested in your positivity, mindset & meeting of your goals, (that’s me—HI!), and the freewheeling flexibility to sweat from your house, you’ll be set up for success every single step along the way.
My personal training services are focused on you and your goals. Each workout is unique. Each workout is planned in advance. Each workout will push you to the limit.
You’ve got two choices for how to work with me:
Traditional Training Sessions
We’ll meet for a 50-minute strength training session (typically one to two times per week) on your turf. (And don’t worry – I love pets and I can’t wait to meet yours.)
Movement & Mindset Sessions
We’ll meet for a 50-minute session, but we’ll split our time between your choice of strength training or walking, and life coaching. It’s an intentional, and pretty magical, way to tackle big arms and big life together.
All in-person training sessions are purchased in 3-, 6, or 12-session packages, paid up front, to be used within 1 year.
